I’m a Toronto-based writer, editor, book reviewer, and anthologist, who’s been working as a professional freelance editor for the last 21 years. I’m actively involved in the Canadian publishing industry in a number of respects, though my prior freelancing background is in corporate and technical writing.
(No, that’s not me in the header photo.)
I’ve worked with publishers like ChiZine Publications, Exile Editions, Explicit Books, Farafina Books, Green Ronin, Harlequin, and Ravenstone Press in a number of different editorial capacities, and with a host of private clients for editorial, copywriting, and ghostwriting work.
I’m also a graduate of the Clarion West (’14) Six-Week Summer Workshop, which I attended on scholarship, and have been the recipient of six grants for book-length fiction projects, at varying levels, awarded by the Canada Council for the Arts, Ontario Arts Council, and Toronto Arts Council.
You can find more about me on the About and Bibliography pages of my author website.
